RTI activist and builder Ravindra Barhate claims he has secured a government document that proves violations in transfer of land on which the prestigious Trump Towers had been built.RTI activist Ravindra Barhate has leveled new allegations of  fraud against US President Elect Donald Trump's Indian partner Atul Chordia in another land transfer in pune.

HOW IT EVOLVED

Earlier, in the first week of September 2016, the same RTI activist had leveled allegations about discrepancies in the documents of land on which the prestigious Trump Towers had been built by Atul Chordia's Panchshil Group in association with US President-elect Donald Trump. The Towers have been built in Pune's Kalyani Nagar.

Now RTI activist and builder Ravindra Barhate claims to have got a government document from city survey officer Sanjay Kumbhar and Supretiendent of land records M B Patil that point out that violation of terms and conditions have been committed by Panchshil Tech Park and Mukund Bhavan Trust during the transfer of survey no 191A yerwada that measures 26000 sq meters and whose market value is projected to be Rs 830 crore.

As per RTI activist Ravindra Barhate  he had filed a complaint in the month of March 2016 alleging fraud by Atul Chordia and his parterners in the above case. Pune city survey officer Sanjay Kumbhar and Supretiendent of land records M B Patil give due opportunity to the Panchshil group to come forward witht their version of the story and prove that they had obtained sale permission from the state government but they could not produce the necessary documents. So the inquiry was closed and  the final report was handed over to Pune District Magistrate Sourab Rao on November 16 , 2016.

ATUL CHORDIA REFUTES ALL ALLEGATIONS

Speaking to India Today Atul Chordia refuted all of the allegation leveled by RTI Activist Ravindra Barhate and clarified that there was an inquiry done by then Divisional Commissioner in the the same matter and Divisional Commissioner  had given a full report that explained that the transfer of the said land had been done as per the Supreme Court Order.

RTI activist Ravindra Barhate claims that the letter (ref no 6596/16) says that there has been a violation of rules and regulations of ULC act by Atul Chordia and his then partners of Panchshil Tech Park. So, he said the collector of Pune District who is also the head of ULC department should give instructtions for the cancellation of property card recorded in the name of Panchshil Tech Park.
